     Nalin Negi

     Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BharatPe

     Nalin Negi is the CEO of BharatPe, one of India's leading fintech companies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including at GE Capital and SBI Card. At SBI Card, he served as CFO for more than 10 years and led its 2020 listing as India's first pure-play credit card company. He joined BharatPe as CFO in 2022 and became CEO in 2024, leading the company to profitability. He is now driving sustainable growth and strengthening the company's position in the industry by expanding its lending and merchant businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

     Sundeep Mohindru

     Founder & Director, M1xchange

     Sundeep Mohindru is the Founder and Director of M1xchange. A serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in consulting, audit and finance, he has launched multiple businesses in finance, HR and fintech.

     He founded M1xchange in 2017 and built it as a TReDS platform under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, enabling MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) to discount their receivables from large corporates with financial institutions online and receive early payment. It has since grown into a nationwide network of large corporates, MSME suppliers and more than 30 financial institutions. The exchange, which aims to advance financial inclusion for MSMEs, has received numerous awards.

     Through MYND Integrated Solutions, which provides technology-enabled finance and HR solutions, he also helps companies improve customer experience, scale their businesses and reduce costs. He has served as a director of many well-known companies and has worked on numerous India entry strategies and local subsidiary set-ups for multinational companies.

     Kyohei Hosono

     Director, Executive Vice President, Dream Incubator Inc. (DI)

     After working on assistance to developing countries, mainly in the former Soviet Union, at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, he joined DI, where he has led strategy consulting for large corporations and venture investment. While based in Vietnam, he went through a crisis, leading the turnaround of a portfolio company after its Vietnamese CEO was arrested. In India, he has led investments in a total of 30 startups since 2016, as well as strategy consulting for Japanese companies. Vice Chair, Americas Committee, Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai).
